I am a believer is periodization, and I tend to devote 8-12 weeks to any one training plan. That makes 3-4 plans a year, cycling through even low volume training to break plateaus.
One of my go to foods. I can't down plain 0% greek yogurt, I need some flavor, but the protein is higher. I opt for the calorie free crystal light power and mix it in to add YUMM. You don't need much to make a huge difference on the taste buds!
Wow! Powerful image, indeed. This was me at that age. And at 20, and at 30, and at 40. It took me a long time to get to a point where I love myself enough to truly take care of myself and not beat myself up over not being perfect.
