One thing I strive to do on this cutting journey is maintain my strength.. I have always been a weaker guy and about a year ago I set out to not only better the looks of my physique, but to increase my strength as well!

2 things. Simple. Easy. But most make it so hard. Train. Diet. Sleep. Simple yet difficult. That's why only 1/2 of 1% can achieve the look we all think we deserve. Truth is it takes patience when we don't have it and humility when we do.

My biggest obstacle is that I want results too fast. I get discouraged, and then I am more likely to eat poorly, or skip a workout. It takes time to change your body, and I need to remember that!

Most important thing in my diet right now is protein. Can't lose all my hard work while leaning out on this 2nd week of the #250kchallange @bodybuildingcom I make sure I take a scoop of @optimumnutrition protein after every workout for full recovery
"Greatness, is a lot of small things done well." Showing up is half the battle won. #250kChallenge
