When I Started:
Jun, 2004
How I Started:
Had some free time and at one point in time it was cheap...now there are sups and the food you need to intake but hey its still alot of fun and the results dont hurt...
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel good about myself and it give me more energy...With the raising % of obese people why would anyone want to be part of that statistic...I admire all of those who try to improve themselves rather than take what they have as an excuse...good on all of you out there making a better you...a healther you...
How I Stay Motivated:
I started off at 137 at 6ft...a bit thin but I worked with it and now I'm sitting at about 188 which is a little improvement since 2004...Just gotta stick with it...I also get people into the gym and teach them...this is what keeps many people out is just the fear of the unknown...
BB Accomplishments:
Its summer time so same as everyone else...goal changes through the year but summer means slimming down time...6 pk abs and playing soccer for the base team always helps the slimming process...we'll see I guess...

Goal (Long):
I just really want to be a fit 200+ but but first I have to get to the 200+ range...I play soccer for our base and that kind of hurts when it comes to putting on the weight since I cant seem to keep it with all the running and its about 7-8 months of the year with outdoor and indoor...I guess as long as I'm healty thats cool but man to be a cut 200+ healty guy that would be awesome

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
1-2 minutes...once again depending what I'm doing...if I'm wanting to lift heavy I'll go 2 but a lower weight with more reps I'll hit up about 1...

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
8-10 most of the time but every once in a while I'll do 15 with about 6 sets with a lighter weight...with reps around 8-10 I get a nice burn as long as I keep tension on the muscle and work it correctly8-10 most of the time but every once in a while I'll do 15 with about 6 sets with a lighter weight...with reps around 8-10 I get a nice burn as long as I keep tension on the muscle and work it correct...more
i know you were mad about the lat injury. I haven't posted any new pics cause i hurt my rotator cuff real bad and wasn't able to do any upper body. So that had me mad. I feel like i have to start all over to define what ever i had before. but best of luck to you on that! Don't push your self too hard and make it worse! :)
Just tryign Bodybuilding at the moment and not trying to end up with loose skin so doing a hard cut and bulk switch out to give the skin time to adapt.
Eat... eat everything. "To be big you gotta eat big!" You'll get there man... you'll get there.
Eric, thank you for those very kind words. If you found any inspiration from my story then it has all been worth it. I hoped that by revealing a few personal things about myself that someone, anyone, might see that they no matter what their circumstances, they can succeed. I look forward to watching your progress and hope that you will stay in touch. Stay strong, focused & determined!
sorry it took so long to get back to you about the weight question. My natural weight is about 200, the rest is chicken, fish, oatmeal , cottage cheese, and ice cream. Good luck bud. Happy New Year.
