Had some free time and at one point in time it was cheap...now there are sups and the food you need to intake but hey its still alot of fun and the results dont hurt...
Why I Love It:
It has become habit and now if I dont go I feel like crap...good for energy...
How I Stay Motivated:
Started out with a goal of 180 (weighing only 137) and hit that...now its to reach 205 again (hurt my sholder and lost weight) and work on the getting cut portion of it...
BB Accomplishments:
I am getting old (27 as of now) and I would like to do at least one comp. before I hit 30...got 2 1/2 years...gotta make it happen...

Goal (Long):
I just really want to be a fit 200+ but but first I have to get to the 200+ range...I play soccer for our base and that kind of hurts when it comes to putting on the weight since I cant seem to keep it with all the running and its about 7-8 months of the year with outdoor and indoor...I guess as long as I'm healty thats cool but man to be a cut 200+ healty guy that would be awesome

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
1-2 minutes...once again depending what I'm doing...if I'm wanting to lift heavy I'll go 2 but a lower weight with more reps I'll hit up about 1...

Working out...I have been off and on about possibly competing in local comps but I just know nothing about them...I looked at a couple pics of comps around here and I think if I cut down and dried up maybe I could give it a shot...
hey bro, sorry for the late reply but YES it took a helluva long time for me to gain weight! When I started I was 150lbs at 6-3. My metabolism is both a blessing and curse at the same time....I have an easy time getting conditioned but an awfully hard time putting on mass....luckily I'm up to 245 but I have a long long way to go due to my height!....best of luck bro...have a good one man
