Cardio every morning and evening...3 day split.

Mon.  day 1 - AM Sprints & Inclined Walking     PM Cardio 20 - 60 min.   Stretching, Shoulders, Arms & Abs 

Tue.  day 2-  AM Sprints & Inclined Walking     PM Cardio 20 - 60 min.   Stretching, Glutes & Abs 

Wed. day 3 - AM Sprints & Inclined Walking     PM Cardio 20 - 60 min.   Stretching, Back, Chest & Abs 

Thu.  day 4 - AM Sprints & Inclined Walking     PM Cardio 20 - 60 min.   Stretching, Shoulders, Arms & Abs 

Fri.   day 5 - Rest day  - PM Assisted Stretching

Sat.  day 6 - Rest day  - PM Assisted Stretching

Sun.  day 7 - AM Sprints & Inclined Walking    PM Cardio 20 - 60 min.  Then Stretching, Glutes & Abs

The best shake ever....

I just accidently made the best tasting protein shake ever....1/2 banana, 1/4 cup frozen blackberries, 1 cup of frozen sweet black cherries and one scoop of Jay Robbs Chocolate Egg White Protein.   Add a little water in the bottom of the blender first, about 1/4 cup, more if you like a thinner shake.    Blend up untill smooth....I swear, this shake tastes a lot like a tootsie roll with a hint of fruit to me.   300 calories and very filling.

  • Don't worry about making it up T... Just move forward ... setbacks of ANY kind are normal. Remember I lost nearly two weeks when I hurt my back a couple fo weeks ago? NO need to make it up, I just got back on the horse and got it moving in the right direction again. =0)

juanmartin48 Good for you that you live out where there is not much noise and pollution. The horse that I saw in the picture you show in bodybuilding.com looks very beautiful. The only horses if you can call them horses that I see where I live are the ones that people use to pull a man made wooden type box to carry garbage, yes I live in Mexico, but I am a US citizen. well wish you the best keep in touch and continue working that body of yours, as I am working on mine. quietthunder So the ones you and your family attend seem more calm and family oriented where you can buy and sell items, etc. So your husband goes along each year and this is a tradition that your kids will continue as well......that's awesome.
