I admired muscular people, particularly female bodybuilders. So in an attempt to be near women like that, I got started lifting weights.

I love how I feel as I get stronger and more muscular.

I create goals, big and small. I think about them whenever I start to feel discouraged. I envision the end result of my hard work.

Thanks; you're looking good too. How's everything going? I did P90x for 1 day, the chest portion. It's hard for me to stick with the schedule on the ship. I was just doing the normal workouts before P90. Sometimes I'll go twice a day and hit it hard every time.

I think it could be as soon as 3 weeks. I got a call from the tailor I just started modeling for. They want to do a show of some kind in the ATL. I will let you know the details if I am able to go.
