How I Started:
I admired muscular people, particularly female bodybuilders. So in an attempt to be near women like that, I got started lifting weights.
Why I Love It:
I love how I feel as I get stronger and more muscular.
How I Stay Motivated:
I create goals, big and small. I think about them whenever I start to feel discouraged. I envision the end result of my hard work.

I won the middleweight division in my first show.

I hate them all. LOL. I think high incline treadmill walking.

Well I go at least 6x/week, I like to spend at least an hour there. I try to hit all body, but for the last week I've been trying more and more to do cardio and from the core down. Upper body is fine on me but I need to lose all this damned flubber. I have BAD Muffin top! LMFAO I know I should plane out my rout, more but I get bored when I do that. My man tries to keep me from power lifting too much, that's all I want to do sometimes lol.

Would you be able and direct me to a popular Thermogenic? I am low carb - 5 weeks til competition and I am have no energy and my workouts really suffer. Anything I can pick up at the Vitamin Shoppe? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
