spring85sigma I am sorry to hear about the shoulder impingement. It is painful and nagging! My shoulder is much better given the daily stretching and exercises AND painkillers when needed (not so much now). Right now I am on the road to rebuilding loss muscle due to the injury. Hang in there and be patient. Make sure to do good stretching and rehab exercises. Nov 16, 2012 11:26am
