Well the boot camp thing that the wife talked me into is a real workout..and completely differant than either the cardio or weights I am used to! 1/2 hour of some intense cardio doing jumpy-lungy-squaty stuff, then some kind of more 'weighty' work. Last thursday was seond day and I survived it well. First day, last Tuesday, nearly killed me but i'm all past the bronchitis and sinus infection now so alls good. The 'walk' pic.. yeah, holding 25pb plate over head and walking 1/2 mile seem easy... Go to BodyBlog

Rough last two weeks... missed two days of work and gym week before last and three last week due to the damn sinus crap and allergies and sh!t. UUUGGGHHH!!! Finally thursday they gave me the usual antibiotics percsription and a nice steroids shot (wrong kind probably). I used to get allergy shots to help keep it under control but it was decided I didnt need em any more about 5 years ago. I get this crap (infections, bronchitis, etc) at least once a month year around. Went to a specialist last... Go to BodyBlog

why? seriously, why? wtf? I see it at the gym and yeah, I see it here too. Get a little buff, start showin some abs and some nice guns and soon the pleasure of success turns into a bit too much pride and then sooner than you can say 'the meek shale inherit the earth' arrogance is flowing through your veins like your lastest preworkout supplement and, unlike it, lasts you 24/7.
