I can't believe how far I've slipped. It's time to do this!
Goal (Long):
Overall, I would like to have a very lean, muscular physique but I would also like to be physically strong and flexible. I don't want to just have a body that looks good but also one that will take me into old age!

Right now, I am just happy to get to the gym!! I have 24 hour work shifts every 3rd day, so I try to do a 3 day split with back/quads, chest/abs, and bis/tris/hams. I have HUGE calves so I only train then every other quad day.
Day 1- Back/Quads (Squat Day- yeah) really lite cardio
Go to CFJAX.com for information. They are starting a Southside chapter next month. I am going to join crossfit at the beginning of next year, I am paying for my world martial arts stuff every month, once my contract with them is up I am going to stop wrestling and join crossfit. You don't have to be a member to do it BUT it helps you out if you are a member. And yes, it kicks your butt to the point that you almost throw up.
What show is in April because I will sooo do it if there is one in april. I was just going to diet steady since the holidays are coming up, then it it hard after new years.
alright, so I am not doing the show because I am not as lean as I want to be buuuut I will compete in the future for sure. My goal right now is to drop my bodyfat percentage to like 10-13% and compete around the beginning of the year. I've learned so much about dieting and preparing for this show. How is your training going?
I am gonna do the gainesville show. I am meeting up with a trainer within the next two weeks to go over diet and training and later on do posing. He said that as of now I need to be cleaning up what I eat. As it gets closer to the show he will let me know if I should do the bodybuilding or the figure so right now I am on the fence between the two. I'm so excited. I'll go to the one in gainesville and root for you, lol. I used to work for Bailey's Powerhouse so I am going to have one of the trainers help get me ready for it. It's going to be exprensive but almost everyone he trains to compete usually wins. He is training my friend so we'll see if he wins or not. Have you ever been to a competition before?
Throwing out one man's opinion on bodybuilding vs. fitness -- you look like you have the frame and mesomorphic qualities necessary for bodybuilding. Your torso screams "bodybuilder." It's a question of how much mass you'd be happy piling on and what you're willing to do to amplify your genetic gifts. Otherwise, go for figure/fitness. Either way, you look great now.
