How I Started: Started when my brother got a gym membership, and I asked my parents to get me a membership too.
Why I Love It: I just fell in love with it from the moment I picked up my first dumbell.

BB Accomplishments: None really but some high lifts which I always wanted to do such as 405 deadlift, 405 squat and a 225 bench.

So your having trouble increasing the weight you deadlift eh? Im assuming you already have your form down for this lift, otherwise you need to get your form down and then worry about increasing the weight. The deadlift is one of the most unapreciated excercises when it comes down...

I didnt wanna hijack that thread, but yeah I threw shot and discus for my high school. 50' in the shot, 141 in the disc. I think with another year under my belt I could have been a lot better. What about you, usually when people ask me about throwing, they're throwers themselves
