Started when my brother got a gym membership, and I asked my parents to get me a membership too.
Why I Love It:
I like lifting because it makes me bigger, stronger, and helps me get the body I want.
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't really need to be motivated I'm just addicted to it and can't stop lifting no matter what.
BB Accomplishments:
None really but some high lifts which I always wanted to do such as 405 deadlift, 405 squat and a 225 bench.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Johnnie Jackson, he has good muscle but isn't overly muscular, plus he is also very strong. Also I like Kai Greene he is very personable.

So your having trouble increasing the weight you deadlift eh? Im assuming you already have your form down for this lift, otherwise you need to get your form down and then worry about increasing the weight. The deadlift is one of the most unapreciated excercises when it comes down...

Each body part twice a week. If I did chest and triceps on moday I do it again on thursday after finishin' other bodyparts on tuesday and wednesday.

I am concentrating only on weights, no cardio at all. 6 times a week chest- triceps, shoulder-legs, back-biceps, respectively. I have a common community gym in my apartment building. not much equipments just a bench and free weights.
