I decided shortly after turning 30, that I wanted to be in "great shape". It concerned me to hear women saying " that they looked pretty good for having kids" or " I am not 20 anymore". After having three children of my own, I began a quest to prove you can be in great, even better shape than you were before children.
Why I Love It:
As I trained, I began to transform my body. I was often questioned by friends, family and sometimes strangers. They all wanted to know what I was doing? I enjoyed sharing with others my knowledge of training and nutrition. It was so gratifying to help others reach their goals. I became a certified fitness instuctor, built my clientele and eventually opened my own personal training studio. I have competed in NPC sanctioned fitness and figure shows since 1998 and promoted my own show.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation is driven by the fact that I can inspire others!
BB Accomplishments:
I feel "everytime" I walk on stage, ITS AN ACCOMPLISHMENT!

Goal (Long):
My goal is always to inspire and motivate others. I love living a healthy lifestyle and always get excited when I have an opportunity to share what I love! Steppng on stage is one of my passions!
I want to be 122-125 show weight. Gaining just 2lbs of muscle can make a buge difference!
Marzia inspires me because she is not only a beautiful person physically, her aura radiates from within! She truly loves fitness and health and shares her knowledge with everyone! If you want a POSITIVE motivator in your life...She is it!

Hi, I’m starting to see results from the 15 minute abs training. I’ve lost about 8 lbs of belly fat which is making them visible again. I’m at about 151 lbs. The plan is to lose enough fat to see abs fully then eat more again to build muscle. What do you think?
Sometimes I feel like it's just impossible to transform this flab to fab, but then I look at your pics and I think I will just have one more shot at it!! Your pics are amazing and totally inspiring!!

hi, thanks for asking. Well i'm enjoying the 15 min-workout and I've decided to start dieting again to hopefully lose 10 lbs. In old pics I can see them; doing a lot of cardio.
Well I hit a plateau with my weight but I am not sure if I have lost inches. I am too afraid to check. I might disappoint myself. So I just keep working out and lifting. I am trying drop sets right now to see if that will help. I will take pictures at the end of the month to check. Nutrition is okay I think but I need to start measuring everying out instead of just eating right.
