My dad was a powerlifter and was a big man. I always wanted to be strong as him.
Why I Love It:
Because it is what I do. I can not explain it. I guess it would be like asking a runner why they run so fast. It is my hearts desire.
How I Stay Motivated:
Look around you, do you want to be like them?
BB Accomplishments:
I won the WNPF 148lb GA state Southern Regional National and International titles back in 1994. I won a couple local meets.

If you do not work your legs you are wasting your time. If you do not do squats you are not a bodybuilder. That is unless you are handicap.

What calf workout has worked best for you?
10 sets 10 reps 10 second break between sets every time I train.
