TheRealTaon I tend to do 5-6 per muscle group, but I make sure every exercise I do, I target secondary muscle groups; So that number can increase from time to time (depending on how soon I get fatigued in a workout). Nov 25, 2012 6:59pm

thenaturalone My tricep training is pretty basic. I only perform 1 set to failure on 3 different tricep exercises- which are- weighted dips, tricep kick-backs, and tricep cable press-downs. Most guys over-train their triceps. People tend to forget how much the triceps are used on other pushing/pressing movements. Nov 18, 2012 4:28pm
