Food - Normal Day - Proteins and Carbs Vary

  • 6:00     - Porridge with fruit / White bread and Fruit
  • 9:00     - Fruit / Almonds
  • 10:00   - Chicken/Beef/Turkey, Brown Rice, Tomato etc.
  • 13:30   - Chicken/Beef/Turkey, Brown Rice, Tomato etc.
  • 15:00   - Fruit Before workout
  • 19:00   - Chicken and rice / Chicken and Potato / Fish and asparagus and potato
