- 10:00 - Chicken/Beef/Turkey, Brown Rice, Tomato etc.
- 13:30 - Chicken/Beef/Turkey, Brown Rice, Tomato etc.
- 15:00 - Fruit Before workout
- 19:00 - Chicken and rice / Chicken and Potato / Fish and asparagus and potato

After taking Oxy Elite Pro (OEP) for 4 full weeks, it's review time. Suppressant One thing you'll notice if you carb cycle is that you get hungry quick as chicken and broccoli digests rather quick and leaves you feeling slightly hungry. Taking OEP my hunger seems to diminish and it puts of the hunger for a few more hours. I'm still eating every 3 or so hours but I'm not constantly thinking about what else I can consume.
