- 6:00 - Porridge with fruit / White bread and Fruit
- 9:00 - Fruit / Almonds
- 10:00 - Chicken/Beef/Turkey, Brown Rice, Tomato etc.
- 13:30 - Chicken/Beef/Turkey, Brown Rice, Tomato etc.
- 15:00 - Fruit Before workout
- 19:00 - Chicken and rice / Chicken and Potato / Fish and asparagus and potato
