Day 1 of the Body for LIFE program was August 14, 1999. I don't know exactly what led me into the gym, but it was my higher self. I used training to recover from domestic violence back then, and most recently it is my salvation recovering from cervical cancer. It was natural for me to compete, as it is my female warrior nature. Tony moved to Florida at that time. So once we teamed up, we became invincable. His hardcore training style took my muscle and strength to the next level.
Why I Love It:
I love the stage. As long as I am on stage competing I know I'm not dying. Cancer sucks, so I live to inspire. The girly stuff is a challenge for me and I am proud of my accomplishments in that area. I am healthy. I am balanced. I'm a thrill seeker. I am nurturing my warrior archetype.
How I Stay Motivated:
Always looking ahead to the next big competition. I always find ways I need to improve. Seeing other people with bigger obstacles in life than me inspire me to appreciate what I have in life and always strive to reach my ultimate potential.
BB Accomplishments:
IFPA, NGA, & WNBF Pro-cards. "Natural Figure All-Pro". Finally jumped into NPC, qualified for the national shows, and did Figure Nationals. The integrity just isn't there. The energy, respect, and sportsmanship is better in the naturals! Natty BB 4Ever!

10% bodyfat
8.9% bodyfat, smaller medial glutes, leaner hamstrings, inner hamstring definition becoming apparent, back starting to lose size due to lack of heavy training. Best on stage physique to date. Still need to make glutes smaller and come in 1/2 pound leaner.
Two time NGA Pro Figure Champion in 2007. Let's make it THREE in 2008!
Goal (Long):
I've let my legs and glutes atrophy to bring my physique more in line with figure symmetry. My hamstrings suffer too much though, so that's the only thing I actually work on building up. The elusive goal every year is to get my glutes under control both in bodyfat and in atrophy of my medial glutes. Also, I've gotten away with not training abs much due to good genetics, but now I do have to work on them a bit. I'm committed to setting the trend that figure should not show striations. And the best way to do that is to come in lean enough to relax on stage and not flex.
Why I like this video: Shows correct posing, to standard for NGA and OCB. Heels together, legs straight, lats flared, hands close to the thighs. Side pose with one arm in front and one in back, shoulder open and lat flared; heels together and both legs straight. Back pose with proper lat flare and minimal arch with legs straight.
Colleen Castaneda 2006 NGA Figure Pro Classic Comp
Played: 149
Why I like this video: Fellow NGA and IFPA pro figure competitor, Colleen Castaneda. What's not to love?
This was by far the most competitive show I've been in, and the highest caliber group of athletes I've ever seen on one stage. Jesse Grand won the two previous pro figure shows, and gave me a run for my money. She got 2nd this time, and was so gracious about it and demanded a friendly re-match...
Nicole,
I hope everything is going well for you. Hope you have a great and healthy weekend.
By the way...my wife and I are doing Body for Life. It is always an inspiration to us to see people who have done the program and look as great as you do.
Hey! What is on your comp agenda for 2008? I am still trying to decide.....

My name is also Nicole Weeks, but I'm not famous at all. I just thought it was cool. My sister has the same name as someone we know but she's like 6 years older than my sister. And I have a friend that has the same name as my cousin. Sorry to bother you, but i just think it's cool that someone else out there has my name or vice versa.
Challenge yourself to be the best that you can be and never, ever give up. I wish you much success in achieving your fitness goals and look forward to watching and hearing how you are progressing. I wish you all the best for ’08. Stay healthy, determined and strong.
i have been pigging out hardcore since yorton, i have way more energy for my workouts. that's how i justify it, at least! guess your offseason is already over?
Just stopping in to say "Hi". I enjoyed the evening with you and the hubby after the show. Sorry if I was a little buzzed ;-). Until we meet again!! Take care and HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
Me too...........I've been getting some flack for not defending my title this year......hee hee! Guess I better get my fat butt in gear and put some muscle back on and get with it!! Have a blast! :)
