How I Started:
I have always been an highly active indiviual. I played Basketball and Football since I was 8 and ran track year round through my High School years. I started lifting weights when I joined the military and was loving the difference I was seeing in my body. After leaving the service...LIFE hit me and it became harder for me to make that time to get into the gym. This is my turn around! I am determined to get the body I WANT and with hard work, persistance, drive, focus, and determination. I look foward to achieving my goals.
Why I Love It:
Helps maintain a focus of mind, stress, healthy living...come on...all the good things to help a body get strong...LOL!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated with prayer...NO JOKE! God is fueling my spirit with DRIVE, DETERMINATION, AND EXECUTION! Without Him...I would be making all types of excuses. [Romans 12:2 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye PRESENT YOUR BODIES a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God...]! I also remember the health issues I had when I was bigger and think about the problems I am avoiding down the line with maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
BB Accomplishments:
I would like a nice STRONG and CUT body! But to be more specific...Would like a bodyfat percentage under 10% while maintaing good lean muscle, would like to be roughly around 200lbs!
I was 280lbs in this pick last year. I had no support from my spouse, stress was runnign my life, and I was starting to have health problems. It was time for a change.

Goal (Long):
I uses to run track when I was in High School so I had definition, but lacked in size. When I went into the military, I lost my definition and gained size. I mostly gained size and lost definition because I kept eating the way I was when I was running track...BAD IDEA...LOL!! After getting married and not having support inside the house and then also heading for a divorce...at 280lbs I decided to love me and get motivated. Now I'm at the point and taking the proper steps to getting a mean, nicely shredded, body. I'm excited and can't wait to show everyone the hard work and determination.
Dude has some sick Abs, showing that he has mad discipline. He is one of the many people that I look at and say, if he can do it and achieve it, so can I.
