4betterme I saw your post on the Body By Design group and I just wanted to say - YOUR NOT WORTHLESS. This is just a challenge. If you fall down and get back on track. If you even eat one meal that was healthy or did even 5 min of exercise your moving in the right direction. Take baby steps, get your momemtum and you'll be on your way.
