Hello Bodyspace community and thank you for the motivation. I am here today to upload before pictures for the challenge and basically start over. I have trained since I was in High School starting out in 1986 when two of my powerlifting friends first got me to a gym and I have not looked back since. I have had many ups and downs as we all do but unfortunately when I discovered the extent of my injury and other medical issues I got depressed and let myself get lazy. I did have some medical issues that got in the way such as fatigue and unexplained weight gain but over the years how many famous bodybuilders, trainers, and athletes have had the same issues yet met them head on and conquered these obsoticles without failure? Way too many to count. In other words while I am an Injured Iraq Veteran I am not now nor ever special, do not want pity and do not ask for sympathy......what I want is some motivation and some kick ass workouts and that is what I am here for.
My Goals? I now weigh 252lbs at 26% body fat I WILL drop 52lbs to 200 and by the end of this year I want to be 10% body fat at 190 - 200 lbs.
I am currenlty a fan and follower of the Fighter Diet Lifestyle, after so many years of mistakes I'm have a little bit of a hard time adjusting back to the healthy eating habits I love but I DO have the DRIVE and DESIRE to accomplish my goal and get back to the Healthy life I Love to live. In other words I really do enjoy Eating Healthy, Living Healthy, and Being Healthy. I love being a big guy lifting heavy weight but I DO NOT enjoy being a fat guy and this WILL change.
To many reasons. An amazing sport that relies on disciplined dedication to hard work, clean eating habits, and over all healthy lifestyle.
