When I Started:
How I Started:
I've always had a fascination with working out. I remember back when I was maybe 6 and would lift my Dad's barbell with all the weights on it. My little brothers couldn't so I thought I was a STUD! Growing up Rocky, Arnold, and The Hulk were my idles. I really started lifting when I was in 5th grade with some DBs. I started serious lifting when I was a Freshman in High School for football and wrestling. I didn't workout much in 07 because of my job. So now I'm trying to get back to my former glory!
Why I Love It:
To quote Arnold, "I'm addicted to da Pump!"
How I Stay Motivated:
Continue to set new goals to push myself.
BB Accomplishments:
Turning a runty little 5'6" 120lbs guy into one that's still 5'6" and trying to get his weight down to 190lbs and 10% body fat!

Actually, I don't see a return on investment with it! It costs quite a bit to do it!!

I believe that you are on your way and although I don’t know what workout program you are following, my wife (bodyspace: judimax) and I received our transformations by following Body for Life. I lost 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat & she went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 with BFL’s 12-week program. I believe that by using their proven nutrition, weightlifting & cardio program you will be amazed at the changes that your body will make.
