When I Started:
2005
How I Started:
Athletic in highschool. Long story short, anarexic turned bulimic. Ran 5 miles a day and looked like a starving Etheopian. Realized what I was doing and gained 50 pounds of muscle in the last 2-3 years.
Why I Love It:
Endorphines. It's my home away from home now.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at the past and the mistakes I've made and also thinking about the future and what it holds.
The summer in 2005 is when I began lifting, of course the usual chest and arms. I was never fat, but wanted to get shredded. So I began running. I was also starving myself. By the time I went to college, I dropped about 15, from 160-145 pounds and looked somewhat healthy. College...
I try to eat clean: lean meats, fruits, veggies, whole grains and drink plenty of water. Try to stay away from fried and processed foods! I have one cheat day a week...to keep me sane and motivated to stick with it! Hope this helps
This is going to piss a lot of people off...ok,I dont diet or bulk. I eat clean year round and train hardcore and train 5 days a week. I dont think my body knows how to put on bodyfat, my metabolism is ridiculous! Here is my split: M-Arms, T-Legs, W-Shoulders, TH-OFF, F-Back,S-Chest, Su-OFF...abs 4x's a wk and calves 5xs
yo man... i'm simple.
with diet - carb cycling works wonders along with eating so clean its sickening.
as far as training - get unique and crazy - high volume, high intensity... whenever you think you can't do a particular routine, push through it. When your body is beat down - I like to train full body 3 days a week super light to recover.
