How I Started:
Athletic in highschool. Long story short, anarexic turned bulimic. Ran 5 miles a day and looked like a starving Etheopian. Realized what I was doing and gained 50 pounds of muscle in the last 2-3 years.
Why I Love It:
Endorphines. It's my home away from home now.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at the past and the mistakes I've made and also thinking about the future and what it holds.

yeah i am in the poor category for every single hamstring stretch, my lower back is pretty bad too cuz of it. and even my torso felt pretty damn tight so i'm definitely startin some of that
doin alright...had a HUGE reality check in one of my classes the other day haha lets just say im gonna start incorporating more flexibility working into my routine
Im not cocky enough to think that. We all need motivation to keep striving for the best we can be. Im not at my best, just taking it one day at a time.
