I bet man, im on a high carb diet and i still don't spend to much money. About 350 a month and im eating 4000 cals a day. How's your classes goin btw? Im already sick of studying all the time.
Well, right now I only have school twice a week so I'm able to get a small 30 minute workout in the morning 5 days a week (abs, forearms, etc). Later on in the day is one big bodypart and usually a small one and I'll finish up with 15 minutes of cardio.
btw, post workout, no carbs. I'll have 1 scoop of whey before, and another during my workout, and within an hour afterwards 1 scoop of casein and a fat source.
I start off with 1 scoop whey and one scoop waxy maize. Breakfast (1 hour later) is 3 eggs and either oatmeal or green vegetables. After that it's a meal every 2-3 hours, with- about 20g of protein, 2 cups green vegetables, 10-20g of fat (from nuts, oils, meat)- at each meal.
Thanks!!! Training for me is just a day in tha office!!! Been at it for years! Nothing special... Just lots of weight!! Sets of 10! Diet is tha hardest for me... I LOVE fast food!!! Getting ready for a show consist of 1 Protein shake in tha morning, oatmeal, grapefruit, 9 eggs, a lot of chicken, and a lot of veggies!!! Carb management is how I make it work for me!
lol, changed that up man. Decided to hire layne this offseason. Keeps out the guesswork, plus give me a chance to learn from the best. Ill be starting a thread though once we get going
