What K-Dawg_05 Is Up To:
Nov 10, 2009
K-Dawg_05is inspired by Weaponx66. Reason: "his dedication, knowledge, and hard work shows....he lives for this and one day I hope to get to his level "
The summer in 2005 is when I began lifting, of course the usual chest and arms. I was never fat, but wanted to get shredded. So I began running. I was also starving myself. By the time I went to college, I dropped about 15, from 160-145 pounds and looked somewhat healthy. College...
Thank U very much... :) Diet's probably same as urs....u r very lean and tight! Oatmeal..egg whites...tuna...protein shakes...flax/oat flatbread..lofat cott cheese..nat.peanut butter...to name a few....salads and fuit in moderation..
and yours?
yessir, 1st time over 200 lbs..
I think I am about stalled out..trying to increase my cal intake to get a couple more lbs on but I only have 4 weeks left of bulking..
Around 300 grams protein/carbs, 100 or less grams of fat, divided into around 6-7 meals, lot less cardio, 3 days max a week. Lift as heavy as possible, being sore everyday, good stuff :-)
hey with your new three day workout where you usually puttin shoulders? i'm doin MWF with chest then legs then back but i'm still not sure where i wanna work shoulders.
Thanks man, I tend to train instinctively, depends on the day and my energy levels but always as hard and heavy as I can. Diet of me is not too complicated, carbs, carbs, carbs, and even more in the offseason.
I eat about 6 times a day breakfast heaviest. Pretty low carb all day. Lots of whole foods veggies fruit in mod. Water and some coffee early.I do Pro shakes 2 times a day as part of my snacks. 3 days heavy gym mwf. and cardio off days running and some mountain biking.
febuary will probably be when i get back to real serious prep stuff. in short high protein(325-450 grams per day),moderate healthy fats, low-low carbs. i just tweak it as i go.
well i puked the other day in the parking lot after leg's if that's any indication. high reps, moderate to heavy weight usually does the trick. smith machine squats 3(45's) plates per side 22 reps no knee wrap's and that was just getting started.
To be honest..i life on pasta, baked beans, whole grain bread, cheese, tuna, spinach, and drink a couple of cups of coffee a day...it's hard to eat great when your on a budget...i would love to eat five times a day chicken/turkey meat...i just don't eat any junk food, sugary drinks...and train mainly on endurance...for me the performance of my workout comes first
