How I Started:
I was a skinny golfer in high school and started lifting at 6'3", 150 lbs and skin and bones. I got to 230 naturally by age 22 from eating a ton of quality food, and generally following abbreviated, heavy routines based around the big 3.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
torn meniscus right knee, pulled back out doing way too heavy, improper form deadlifts...both back 7 years ago, I know better now.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
