LOL i loooove MM! its the only protein ive ever taken and i cant drink anything else! sooo tasty. yes its high in fat but i do like an hour and a half of cardio everyday...its the only thing i look forward to everyday! yummmm choc protein with pb, banana n oats... :P

Yeah really good, just trying to add size at the moment, getting sick of the eating side, think that's where I'm going wrong...loving the training side and weights are goin up, just a long process!

not really "off" but just a totally diff way of training for ya.. good to mix it up and see what a body can do.. :) hard to believe you don't know "what else to do" living in oahu, but i bet the novelty wears off after awhile. i'm gonna be in maui for about 2 weeks this june. i can hardly wait!
i totally agree with you! working out's my therapy, and if that's gone, THEN what'll i do? PAY someone to listen to my whining? i think not! listening to myself is bad enough.. mercifully, i'm not working. just chillin and watching a movie. absolutely nothing productive whatsoever. whats on your agenda?
i hear ya! but the supposedly "in shapers" burn ya out just as much.. the college soccer kids sure did me! of course, i wasn't getting paid, so i'm sure that was part of my issue
you'd be great in management! plus you have experience with it :) i won't start out with 1:1 training for awhile. or at least till i'm not so "green".. i prefer the group atmosphere anyways.. i like the boot camp style and blowin my whistle :)
be a beach and gym rat for 4-6 months? that's not a bad gig at all, J! i'm starting to study for my NASM cert and will be teaching TRX classes starting in january.. it's time for me to phase out of the long term hospice job!
