My buddy got me into it back in 99' when he started working out to get in better shape for his wedding. He needed a training partner so I said I was up for it. I had never really lifted much but I had always been an athlete. Well after a couple of weeks training with him I was hooked and have been lifting to keep in shape ever since. Only here in the last year have I become real serious about my diet at training. I have always been healthy but I am aiming at taking it to a whole new level. I started a new chapter in my life in February and now its time to start a new chapter with my physique.
Why I Love It:
I love the effects training has on my body and the way I feel. I have more energy and look better. Self improvement is what drives me. I am addicted to the pump and the way i look after I get done at the gym. Bigger, Stronger, Faster will always be my goals!
How I Stay Motivated:
I am self motivated and I am always looking for ways to improve my body...but getting compliments from people about how I look is always a nice addition.

Trying to tighten up my diet and my training. Looking to add 10lbs of muscle to my frame and stay under 8% body fat.
7 Solid pounds heavier. Still clean bulking my way to 190! Not sure how much visibly I have improved but my strength has come a long way.
I want to put on around 20lbs of muscle and lower my bodyfat to between 6 and 8%. I also want to bring up my shoulders and my back. After taking some pictures I noticed those areas were lagging behind. As I get get closer to age 30 every year I want to improve my body. My goal is to still very active at 30 and beyond. Once I get to 190lbs I will make the decision to bluk some more or not. As long as I can still add muscle mass and not get over 8% body fat I will go as long as my body will let me.
Saturday and Sunday were off days from the gym but here is how nutrition looked on both days. Spent most of my weekend relaxing and just cleaning up around the house.
