It has been over a month and I have only lost 4-5lbs which I guess is okay, but for as much as I work out, I thought I should have lost more.

 But I think I figured it out today. I actually kept track of calories, protein, and fat intake and was shocked about my eating habits. Although...

I would love to hear how you react to the NOX. I only used a one-scoop portion and, boy, did it mess with my guts. I mean like "ABORT workout" messed with my guts! Be careful! I've tried it about 4-6 times, and I'm just having this awful side effect! :(
