Yes upstairs!! I just wanna tell you that superpump has changed the way I work out and it makes me enjoy going to the gym.. Gives me soo much energy and makes me push super hard!!! So thank him cause I may never get too..Its an awesome product :) He represents woman that are gorgeous and I look up to in the industry!!
