When I Started:
How I Started:
I always played sports my whole life and lifting weights was a natural progression.I was never really gym strong until 30 + as i had more tall lean build due to lots of basketball.Looking back i think i was under developed due to bad eating habits and lack of nutrients.Once i started eating more protein and taking supplements i gained mass fairly quickly.
Why I Love It:
Health is Wealth.I saw lots of family members and friends struggle with health issues due to poor eating habits, lack of movement and too many drugs from doctors.I feel more energetic and better clothes being strong.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have worked out and played sports all my life. These last two years have been hell but an eye opener.I learned no matter how busy you MUST make your health top priority. You do yourself and others around you no good being sick and weak.

The results of hard work & clean living on top of constantly reinventing himself with different workout plans. I still question his age and need a birth certificate..does this sound familiar?? =0) great stuff-inspiring!!
If any of you have a good oatmeal recipe to make the bland taste better or mix in a delicious protein powder that you recommend ..i am all ears!! Thanks
thank you for the kind words. i dont actually work out that hard. have been trying to be less lazy the last few weeks though. need to continue on that trend for sure! merry christmas!
Thats funny about your mom not listening, it is suppose to be the other way around...LOL My daughter has good nights and bad nights but she goes to her dads house every other weekend and 2 nights a week so that really helps me to get caught up. Well you have a wonderful weekend and I hope you can get some more rest!!
thank you. I totally know where you're coming from helping out your mom.. my mom had an aneurysm in may and when I had to go home for a month to help out, it was very stressful and tiring and eating was not my priority let alone eating clean.. hang in there. You're doing a great job!
Just stoppin by to see how your weekend went? I read your blog and hoping that you were able to get a little rest over the weekend...I too am a caretaker for my disabled daughter so I know how that lack of sleep goes...
Haha, no, I didn't get asked out per se but there were some "compliments" that went a little far. Thanks for the kind words! Good luck in all your goals!
