Bodyfat is still high in their 20's.
Was on a bulk diet to 220. Got to 220 and now am cutting.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped you in your career?
I feel better. More confident of myself.
However, I landed jobs with modeling companies and agents, but that's not what I know I'm meant to do.

How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
It changed my life. However, I can't do anything as I did before with my family. It's hard for me to go to family gatherings because of my dedication to bodybuilding.
i made a log, i tried what you did and so far it was really great, anything is appreciated + what i can do next time.
