3:45 legs and cardio: stretching, 5x12 leg ext 16kg + 5x20 squats bw, 4x12's front squats bw + leg curls 16kg, 3x15 lunges bw + 3x12 leg curls 16kg, 4x20 standing calf raises bw, 4x12 /leg step ups bw, 2 km walk, stretching. Decided on a light and short session rather than no session. Will probably pick up the pace again next week. Busy baking day ahead with last minute orders - well, customers must be kept happy🤷‍♀️ lol. Happy Friday Fitfam 😀👍
