MarCali29 yea bro I try and relaly focus on a muscle a group each workout nd some times I do supersets workin to muscle groups and no rest between...that's my favorite way to workout but I know sometimes I can burn too many calories that way and not put on size....im headed to the gym now to hit legs!!! what you trainin today man? that's sounds like a good manageable weight class in the low 200's that way you would beable to maintain that look easier than goin super low in weight or high....Marc Jan 25, 2013 9:35am

MarCali29 its goin good man....yeah I see some steady gains just still tryin to take in just enough food and go heavy as possible to really maximize my workouts.... yeha bro u lookin show ready...how much u weigh for competition....im 185 right now i'd like to put on solid 10 lbs not really trippin on how long it takes me but I want it as soon as possible....hahaha....how many days you it the gym a week...do u do each muscle group once or twice a week?
