Yeah, I hear you on the slow and controlled form. Where did you pick that up from? Heavy Duty? I mix some of the slow and controlled form in too. Do you have a count? Like Heavy is 4 seconds up 2 seconds at top 4 seconds down. What's yours?

i have a multi station set and was doing flys, sit up right and squeeze the pads. the stack goes to 98 pounds and at the time it had 3-10 pound plates on top of stack. felt something pop. did a workout today, can do preachers and tricep push down, machine bench and mp, but my left arm sure ain't liking flys.
