What works for me...
Everyone has their good days and their bad days. The good days are easy. You are in a good mood, usually already motivated and ready to take on the day. The bad days are where most fall short. Myself included at times. So I consider the bad days the most important days to my progress. On my bad days or unmotivated days I will take 15-30 minutes and watch motivational videos, read articles, just sit and listen to music that inspires me or get on here and look at others progress. I do whatever it takes to get my @ss out of the house and into the gym on those days. Yeah I may not make any record lifts or even have a great workout but the important part is that I went. After all its the consistency of your training that gets you progress. Not the random good days that come every so often.
