bro thanks for the compliment. Im trying to get that look you got, thick n swole. Do you primarily stick to lifting as heavy as possible for low reps or moderately heavy for a medium number of reps. I know w/ my bf being high now I cant really tell what type of shape I have, but I want a big chest and arms. Im about 2 years in the game but I have come a ways.

Your off season photos are batter than most on season for everyone else. Just did the red river classic in OK. Didn't do too well. Too many shows in one year(5). Fun show though... What do you have going?
