Intermittent fasting went well yesterday. Didn't eat all my calories, because I felt too full. Ate 1500 instead of 1750. Woke up right before my alarm at 5am. All week my alarm was waking up my husband and not me, so this is progress! Come on, body, you know you want this too! You and me, we got this!
