EPIC LEG DAY! Now its feeding time 😋😅 Love dumbbell deadlift burpees ... Feels intense as f🙌🏾ck i dont recommend it unless you know for sure you can keep your form in the forefront of your mind. If youre looking for a challenge though 👍🏾 I do them every leg day #addiction 😈🔥🙌🏾
