Arm workout today...blasted triceps and forearms...had to skip biceps because of injured arm. Need to rest it

Well workout didn't go as planned. Almost 30 minutes of cardio and only about 15 of weights. The distractions of the day cut me short. BUT that's okay. After all...tomorrow is another day...:-)
