Gained 2lbs this week. I wish I could say it was 2lbs of muscle but, sadly its 2lbs of excuses. With it being the holidays, people bringing junk into work every night, and the cold weather making me just wanna stay in the warmth is killing me. Gotta find a way to kick that **** to the curb.

Man, all I see around me at the Walmart is big people either sitting on those lil car carrying around their butts or loading unhealthy shiit in their cart. I feel super bad for them knowing life is so beautiful but they turn their body and life into trash and immediately a WTF feeling kicks in mind. I am not judging them, I just feel bad for folks like these. Stay healthy, stay shredded lovelies and gents.
