High Intensity Interval Cardio for 30 minutes.Alternating upper and lower body every day.Working out 6 days a week.Focusing on losing the fat gained from my previous pregnancy and toning my body.Goal weight:110lbs.And to look like I weigh 110lbs!
Why I Love It:
Working out keeps my stamina high and keeps me happy/positive and helps me feel better about my self and my life.I can stay active and play with my kids as well as give my husband those sexy dances he loves!;)
How I Stay Motivated:
I notive weight coming off and that helps me to fit into my skinny clothes. I look at the scale and get excited about the hard work and keep it up to have the dream body that i've always wanted!
BB Accomplishments:
Before I was pregnant i weighed 128lbs and when i deliverd,i had weighed 196lbs.Which means doing the math,I gained nearly 60lbs.So far today 6/3/08.I've lost a total of 50 lbs in a3 and a half months! And I'm going to keep moving forward with my program.Consistent, sustained effort is mandatory for success. "

Goal (Long):
My ideal goal weight is 110lbs.I want to be lean,toned,and sexy enough to wear a very small bikini at the pool.I want my body fat percentage to be 15% at least,18% the most.And maintain a fit and leaner physique for the rest of my life!
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
When i'm in the gym I love to hit the treadmill for about 25-30 min. Then do the eliptical machine for about 20 min.Cycle for 5 min.And last but not least Dance!!! I love to dance,it's my passion.And last,Swim laps or hike a mile or two.I hope to do a marathon with my hunny very soon for womens breast cancer awareness.When i'm in the gym I love to hit the treadmill for about 25-30 min. What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
i've been il and in the hospital off and on for 2 weeks now,th dr. found a large cyst on my right ovary filled with blood and it's leaking,i might have to have surgury to remove it.And they also found a fibroid on my uterus! i have been in severe pain and I haved gained 8 lbs since not working...

Thanks for the info. THat's a great article. I printed it out to put on my fridge or on my wall at work ;) Maybe both! I prep most of my meals on sunday, so I'm less likely to slip during the week. Weekends have been tough for me though. I'm determined not to let this weekend go to hell in a handbasket!!! Hope yours is good ;)
Honestly, I am doing BAD with my fitness goals. I have not been prepping my food for the week (I work fulltime right now)so I've not been eating enough protein and veggies thus tend to be cheating alot...also have not been in the gym consistently. So I'm dead set on getting it all together today.
