How I Started:
High Intensity Interval Cardio for 1 hour on the tredmill. And 30 min on the stationary bike. Then alternating lower and upper body 4x a week.
Why I Love It:
Working out keeps my stamina high and keeps me happy,healthy and positive. It also helps me feel better about myself and my life.I can stay active and play with my kids as well as give my husband those sexy dances he loves!;)
How I Stay Motivated:
Fitting back into my size "0" jeans and not having any bellie bulge! An looking great naked for me husband.

I love to hit the tredmil for about 45 min. And then do the eliptical machine. Sometimes i like to take a bike ride,hike or go do a few laps in the pool.
