Started SteveP78's Psychotic Fat Destruction Plan,So I'm ready to kick my own a**
I was sick of being out of shape and not fitting into any of my clothes,so that's when I came across SteveP78's bodyspace,read through it and loved it! So I thought well I'll give it a try,I really had nothing to lose but FAT so I became a fitness poynters member and havent stopped since!!
Why I Love It:
When I work out I feel great,I'm happy and feel like I have a lot of energy. I can play with my kids at the park and even have the strength to do things I never though I'd be able to do.
How I Stay Motivated:
Fitting back into my size "2" jeans and not having any bellie bulge! An looking great naked for my husband.

Goal (Long):
My ideal goal weight is 110lbs.I want to be lean,toned,and sexy enough to wear a very small bikini at the pool.I want my body fat percentage to be 14% at least,17% the most.And maintain a fit and leaner physique for the rest of my life!
really amazing results!!! I cant get over how much fat came off her bellie!! that's astonishing!!! She worked her bootie off hard core to get results like this.And I really admire her for that.
I love calve raises or leg extenders,I was born with large calve muscles,so i was very fortunate already

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I love to hit the tredmil for about 45 min. And then do the eliptical machine. Sometimes i like to take a bike ride,hike or go do a few laps in the pool. Due to getting sick and being bed rest for almost a month,i now am back to working out but taking it easy so that i dont put myself back to where i was. Please keep your prayers in for me so i can get my energy and motivation back;)

I am doing really good, had a couple of days of killer workouts and so good cardio today. Trying to bulk so diet isn't that much of a worry but trying not to go to overboard with it.
