hey bro, been a while. its goin good. I think after the new years my diet has really gotten in check. also getting more sleep in every night which was always an issue for me. hope to bulk for about a month more before cutting for teh abs haha. how about you? how's trainin for football going?

yeah i know they keep gettin behind with other things. Naw i work out at the old recreational center.. the hypess. i'll usually go to the union if the hypess is closed for some reason... decent gym tho!

I got a few friends that goto Missouri state around Springfield... Don't know if that's close to you or not tho. Naw man they just built a new economic building and got finished with it but they clearing out land behind the old recreational building so I figure the new one is goin up next.

I live slightly off campus in Springfield. As for playing football at Evangel, I would say go for it. The only thing is that it's a private school, and it would be expensive. You should honestly consider just working out with the team at a JUCO. It's a good way to get a foot in the door.

man my gym membership just ended, waiting to get another soon...and havent been able to do anything since i just sprained my knee about a week ago its still swollen and tight..just trying to let it heal...what about you man
