OVERALL GOAL///LOSE FAT

"Been on a medication that caused quite a bit of weight gain. Have always been active but still gained nearly 20 pound.... My goal is to get back to my size and to build muscle to better my fat burning abilities. Would LOVE friends in this journey!"
