STRETCH IT OUT. So you mess up with your meal plan or you don't get off the couch and workout.....you messed up. It happens to the best of us (or those you just think are "the best"). I most definitely am not perfect with my workouts and my diet. WHO CARES IF YOU MESS UP, THAT IS WHAT LIFE IS ABOUT. To become great you need to make a few mistakes. I have really been trying to embrace my weaknesses and share them with others. This is sometimes embraces me and makes me feel uncomfortable but having countability is vital when it comes to fitness and health. If you have a friend or family member with similar goals start texting or calling them every day to talk about progress, areas of weakness, next steps, etc. when you have others involved it makes the situation seem more real than you just being happy with who you look and feel.
