hey guys just wanted to update my progress... confused about body fat percentage but you guys can tell me please think i should bulk or cut still? i started lifting about 10months ago and was about 13.5 stones and now i am 10 stones... i always feel small in the gym and feel like i always have to do better for myself... no-way i am saying i am good but this the progress i have made so far i will post a picture when i was skinny fat and now. i suffer a lot from anxiety to so the gym has helped me out a lot and people tell me i have made great gainz but i just feel like they are just telling me for the sake of it but yh so far i have worked hard in the gym and gonna get better each day. funny thing is when i told people i wanted to join the gym and build muscle... everyone just laughed and said i couldn't make it.. cause i was a skinny fat guy and other ****.
