first time doing crossfit

Attending a class @cfsteadfast was finally possible thanks to a change in my schedule & some motivation from Roy! . . . . . . Naturally I was nervous (so I didn't get much sleep) because being in a position where I don't know anyone makes me extremely uncomfortable. Once the WOD began though, it was freaking sweaty, painful and overall fantastic! I'm looking forward to the next couple of weeks with them! . . . . . . PS: I'm well aware of what people say in regards to crossfit- especially on social media. So please, keep your negative comments to yourself. "You'll loose your gains." "You'll get injured" blah blah blah, I've read it all. People can do whatever they like and if that upsets you to the point where you have to "hate", 1. You need to ask yourself "why is it that what other people do bother me?" & 2. To put it simply.. You need to get over yourself
