Reaching the end of physical therapy, still having problems with my nerves on the left side. They did "Dry Needling" yesterday and it has seemed to help a little. I keep pushing through, praying I wake up one day soon without pain, really don't want surgery! I did enjoy another great morning workout, feeling unstoppable!
