Cuts starting to slowly come in! Week 3 this week and only down around 0.8 Lbs but waist is down and vascularity has increased! Feeling leaner and muscle definition definitely coming along! Slow but steady progress, estimated around 8-10 weeks to get where I want before I bulk back up to work on weak points ready for competition next year then! Low carb day tomorrow with 30 min fasted cardio and 24 min HIIT cardio! Kill it fitfam!
