I love being strong. I love throwing iron around. I love pushing through that last hard rep- it makes me feel alive! Of course I want to look good on the outside, and it's nice to see the results of your hard work, but I don’t do this for the abs. The physical results come secondary and are just an added benefit, NOT the sole reason I do what I do.
