Got a good back sesh in at the gym in my neighborhood. It was a ghost town so I braved a shirtless workout - not really a favorite, but I wanted to get some shots while I was training to make sure my shoulder blades are staying even throughout the reps - it feels like my left is raising sometimes but that may just be me overthinking it after the injury. To top it off, I walked to the gym - 3.7 miles round trip and despite the hills kept the speed under a 14 min mile.
