Getting ready to cook up some protein pancakes (f5/c9/p20 1/2 cup)from Klean Plate. An up start company owned and operated by my girl Kelly Sanders. They say that necessity is the mother of invention ,well.... As a competitor ( Chef) Kelly came up with something special that would satisfy her cravings as well as her macro nutrient needs. Bliss batter is not just for competitors but also those that are health minded and don't want to sacrifice taste..
