Ok Fit fam. For years I've weighted between 180 to 185. Right now, I'm at my strongest and most defined (at least I think), but I weighed 184 AFTER eating dinner. I'm going to try a new after workout protein. My concern is I dont want to just put on weight and not look as defined. I want that happy medium. So I need all of you over the next few weeks and months to let me know if the results--if any--make me look more boxy and less defined. Thanks!
