There's no reason to suppress cravings you just have to take a step back and think. These noodles are not something I would have normally looked twice at, however the texture is perfect and the whole bag is only 6 carbs the Classico sauce is 7 carbs as opposed to other sauces that are 16 and the homemade garlic bread is done with a smidge of olivio lite and garlic paste. #goals #thinkitthrough #nocravings #sauce #shiratakinoodles #iifym #foodie #spiceoflife #creative
