Hitting the road for Labor Day weekend? Here is a simple and effective workout you can do most anywhere. Start by jogging in place for a few minutes to warmup. Then, do 12 repetitions of each of the following in succession: burpees, suitcase crunches, reverse lunges. The next round, do 11 of each. Keep going until you do 1 of each in the final round, resting as little as possible between sets and rounds. Try to finish it in 20-30 minutes if you can.
