Two Years Apart
Left: 8/14 I was doing Crossfit 4-5 days a week. I had been doing Crossfit since 2011. I thought I was in good shape! Right: 8/16 One year of "bodybuilding" and I now see that I was slightly delusional! LOL the graphs show the weight changes and BF changes during the last two years! Weight more with half the BF... MISSION ACCOMPLISHED... For now!
