Finally back into the routine, after much time off from back surgery last year which left me depressed, in pain and putting on fat quickly. I decided I was tired of feeling like crap everyday and making excuses as to why I shouldn't workout. I'm now maybe 3 full months back in the gym and already 30lbs lighter and seem to be putting on some lean mass. #chaosandpain
