This was taken about 4 days ago after a glute isolation workout involving hip raises, weighted clams, donkey kicks, body weight squats, etc. Had to focus mostly on my Glutes do to "runners knee" which I had after a sprinting.. Luckily that's better now so I'll be doing heavy legs tomorrow! So excited. I feel like I'm going crazy bc my personal life is taking over my fitness life :/
