Yes, those awesome things around my ankles are ankle weights. (Yes - ankle weights like your grandma used to wear when she'd power walk the neighborhood with her bingo ladies in their matching velvet pink tracksuits. #OwnIt) Not only will ankle weights make most leg exercises more difficult but they're great for taking plyos in between sets to the next level to really maximize fat burn (my go-to for an extra booty burn in between sets are jump squats and glute kickbacks) #ChannelYourInnerGrandma
