My husband and I have looked at every aspect of multiple Protein shakes and this by far has a very good combination is what we both need (though I take smaller amounts since I'm not looking to bulk up). I have also found that adding a bit of CLA in liquid form is great for muscle repair in conjunction with the glutamine already in this. Only place I found liquid CLA is at GNC though. I will not take gelatine caps. If not you can always add salmon, flaxseed and rosehips to your diet. Don't forget to take VB vitamin C to hep muscle repair.
