Good morning, y'all You ever just wake up sooo excited for the day, but it's not like you even have anything extraordinarily exciting planned for the day? That's me. Not even just weekends... Every freaking day. #IJustLikeToSmile #SmilingsMyFavorite Anywho. This is where I'm currently at. (Where I'm currently at besides ya know, here, taking awkward progress shots in front of a window where my neighbors can see me.) Kinda lean *cough*or not*cough* and feeling really strong and happy with where I'm at while consuming approx. 1800 cals, 200g carbs, 100g protein, and 50g fats. Like I've previously said, I don't normally track my macros but recently I started back up to see where my body naturally thrives. I eat practically the same things every day because A) I'm boring and B) I like to see how my body reacts to different foods. By eating the same things every day and slowly switching some things out, I was able to figure out that whey protein (& dairy in general) makes my skin break out, that bananas before my workouts give me the most energy and keeps me full, and a bunch of other neat little things. Everyone's different - you have to find out what works for YOU. Okay. Stomach is growling. Gonna go scarf down some breakfast. ...I hope you make today amaaaazing!
