Not sure why I've got spirit fingers happening. Back squats are something I have never been able to do as my back could never handle much compression...I always ended up with my back in spasms (I do have a birth defect that causes this)...but I have incorporated them again in the last few weeks with lighter weights and focusing on form and getting deep and I have no issues. Excited by the progress. My back is stronger and my form is improving.
